TPO Roofing
Thermoplastic Polyolefin is a single-ply roofing membrane that is one of the fastest-growing commercial roofing systems on the market. TPO roofing systems are a single layer of synthetics and reinforcing scrim used to cover flat roofs.
PVC Roofing
This robust material also offers protection against chemicals, water leaks, UV rays and fire. Thanks to its cool reflective properties, PVC is resistant to damage and discoloration from the sun’s radiation.
EPDM Roofing
EPDM is available in both black and white, and is sold a broad variety of widths, ranging from 7.5 feet to fifty feet, and in two thicknesses, 45 and 60 mils. EPDM can be installed either fully adhered, mechanically attached or ballasted, with the seams of the roofing system sealed with liquid adhesives or specially formulated tape.
Mechanically Attach System
This lightweight, quick to install option is a popular economical system in commercial roofing, mechanically attached roofs are held in place by plates and fasteners secured through the membrane and into the deck. This stability makes them an ideal choice for areas with moderate winds.
Fully Adhere System
The fully adhered application is an extremely secure TPO, EPDM or PVC rubber roofing installation method. The technique bonds the rubber membrane and insulation boards to the roof deck using water-based bonding adhesive, providing unparalleled wind resistance and stability.
Rino Bond System
The RhinoBond Roof System uses a patented 'stand-up' tool — a single worker places the unit above a plate and activates the electromagnetic pulse, which is completely safe. The pulse causes the securement plate to heat up and fuse to the membrane directly above it. Typical weld time is five seconds per plate.
Flute Fill
Flute-Fill is Insulfoam's EPS insulation panels that fit exceptionally well in existing metal roof deck channels (and raised metal seams) to handily provide the required thermal roof R-Values. The advantages of Flute-Fill is about far more than just R-Value.
